I started Rooted Connections because I believe that every beginning and every ending within a company holds the power to shape its culture, retention, and long-term success. ​I'm a rural Nebraska girl who fell in love with a ranch boy, and together we're raising our babies to appreciate all of God’s creations. I'm a lover of the outdoors, coffee, and all the simple joys of life. My story has led me to discover that my true passion lies in solving the problems of our everyday lives and empowering leaders to grow their businesses with purpose and connection.


When I worked with human operations at a large equipment dealer, I saw the daily struggles of managers first hand. I have witnessed how a strong manager can become discouraged, frustrated, and disengaged due to the demanding task of managing people and projects at the same time. With a background in agricultural economics, communications, and entrepreneurship, my diverse experiences have shaped my approach and deepened my belief that strong, people-centered strategies are the key to lasting success.

I’ve always been inspired by the people behind the work—their heart, grit, and commitment to something bigger than themselves is what drives me. I believe when businesses invest in the people who keep things moving—through better hiring practices, stronger retention, and higher overall satisfaction—they create environments where everyone wins.
